The Town of Stephenville is requesting proposals for the Sale and Development of land and building situated at 1 Connecticut Drive known as the Stephenville Industrial Facility.

Proposals must be submitted on or before 2:30pm local time, November 21, 2023 to the Town of Stephenville Office, 125 Carolina Avenue, Stephenville, NL A2N 2S6 in an envelope clearly marked "RFP 2023- 007, 1 Connecticut Drive"
